Here is my breakfast for today. Yep, you see it right! It is the Johey Oak which my hubby hates a lot. He doesn't like its strong odor. It is nasty for him but tastes and smells yummy for me. I got this from the market early this morning. I already planned of getting this last night since it is Johey Oak season here in the Philippines now. I only bought one and eat it as soon as I get home.

Do you know that Johey Oak originated in Borneo? Well, I just knew it a while ago. Lol. We call this fruit here "Marang". For me, Marang tastes better than Jack fruit. Its sweet taste is irresistible.

so, pwede din ilaga yung buto niya and eat it after?parang langka (jackfruit) parang walang ganyan na prutas sa Maynila, never pa ako nakakita nyan.

It took me some time before I learned to eat this fruit for the first time in Cebu. Lami man diay, dili lang ko ganahan sa iyang homut. hahahah...
Hoy sis kalamisa marang panghatag daw diha, mura daghan ra na siya para nimu hehehe. Asa naman imu FTF. Pindot ko dri imu kusina, aron tagaan ko nimu ug marang.

ang sarap naman ng marang mo chie! tama lang ang hinog, based on the photo! it does smell awful, like the durian but it is YUM!
